I didn't vote to veto it, but I was sitting on the fence, leaning toward a
veto (and waiting to see how things played out).  My issue wasn't {.ai nai},
though.  My objections were to {.e'e} and {.e'i}, which I felt were
needlessly tinkered with.  None of the other issues are deal-breakers for me.
