[lojban] lojban.org disruptions over the next few days

Y'all may have noticed that lojban.org got slower about a week ago;
the caching layer SSD failed.  I'm working on moving it all to SSD.
This'll take a few days, and there will me several outages of
various lengths.  Come to the IRC channel if you're wondering what's
up.
