(to create a lojban (h) i write my name: maiky'elsym & i imagine to a native-lojbanist this'd seem as willfully odd as rappers using a numeral for the corresponding syllable-sound.) even in the case of vowel-H-vowel, an english word like "knowhow" contains a glottal-stop we don't write, & to hear ly say "no'au" an english auditor would very likely hear "n'wow".
