It would. The most obvious tanru would be {perli blabi xrula} - [pear-type-of (white-type-of blossom)]. Of course that doesn't specify that it's white blossom from a pear tree (it could be white blossom that looks like pears, for example) but that would be the interpretation most readers would choose, I think. co'o mi'e robin.
