"fa'o" can also be just one more word in the word string quoter lo'u ... fa'o ... le'u, and it can also be the second element of a ZEI-lujvo. It can't be the first element of a ZEI-lujvo, nor can it be deleted with SI, nor can it be BU'ed, because of the "first come first served" rule of magic words.
