I suggest first figuring out a word for 'insulin&qu= ot;, and then making a word for "insulin making failure disease" = (Type I), and another for "insulin reaction failure disease" (Typ= e II).

As for hypo-/hyper-glycemias, I'd go with (tol)du&#= 39;eblusak[ta/terbi'a]

Arg. {du'e}= falls off the non-tol versions.
