You could do something like "jatnrxofopano", where the "x" is needed for proper type-3 form, the "of" is from the NATO code, and the second "o" is there in case the "f" clashes with the first consonant of the nacyvla. Another way to name ranks is to mash together Chinese and English words to get "jianrale" ("jiang" + "general") for upper ranks, and similarly for other ranks, and say "zelmoikle jianrale".
