Etymologies being language-dependant, I'd say that if the script is
similar to the script normally used to write the language in question,
stick with it. Otherwise, transcribe it into something similar if
possible. If not, fall back to the original script.

For instance:

 fu'ivla borrowed from Japanese, etymological definition in English:
   Render in romanji

 fu'ivla borrowed from Norwegian, etymological definition in English:
   Render in the original, complete with funny slashed o's.

 fu'ivla borrowed from Chinese, etymological definition in Japanese:
   Render in original ideographs.

There are probably some less than clear cut cases. Use your judgement,
or ask the list.
