Well, if We had created a gismu for 'liver' during the initial generation of
the entire gismu list, what would the result have been?  Can Anyone think of
a reason to not use that process?  [I'm a little out of the loop with
respect to the views of how new gismu are added.  So, e'osai, forgive any
ignorance of Mine.]
