In Lojban "seltcana" is three syllables, and "tcana" is only two. It's not a huge difference either way, but it does make a slight difference in how you phrase things in each language. For instance one of our main sites is prominently identified as a "tcana" (jbotcan.org). I like to just flow with the natural order of the gismu, in general, instead of rearranging it to my prejudices. So I'd like to mostly say things like: la .jbotcan. cu za'e samtcana la .internet.
