Using "brife" is obviously more appropriate for "tornado". What i want
to say though is that "punsarlu" cannot exclude "tornado", which is a

Are you saying that "brife" is more appropriate for 'tornado' than "ko= nbi'e"? That hardly seems likely, since "konbi'e" is a specific subset of= "brife".
