An English concertina has buttons on both side, and the arrangement is unlike a piano. Does it qualify as pipno? What about a pipe organ in which air is pumped through the pipes? How about "birpi'o"? I think that "pambyzgitci" (or more precisely "pambyxagri") includes the uilleann pipes, but not Highland pipes without non-return valves.
