Currently I have a table with minimal fields called "cipfihi". It has a number, 
which is set to the next one in sequence whenever someone is added; a 
username, such as "phma"; a password; and a full name. What other fields should 
be in the table? Should people other than cipfi'i be included in the table; 
should it include people who take the test?
