I have some instructions that you sent me, but I don't think I have any files (which would be obsolete every time a new transaction comes in). I suggest you have someone local (or someone with remote access to your machine who actually knows what to do with it), who in the short term at least would know enough to transfer whatever is required to me or whoever will take on the long term responsibility. That person presumably also would have instructions on how to make sure the website is kept up. We probably need some writeup on what is involved in managing the bank account, the sales tax account, and whatever IRS filings you are doing (and anything else I've forgotten along those lines). You are doing that on-line these days, and I've never graduated from paper management to online financial management, even in my own finances, and have little clue how it works. (In that vein, who, other than you, is part of the management of the Google Groups lists? I am not sure that I am - or at least I haven't tried to do so. And I'm not sure what, if any, coordination is needed between mail/requests sent to google-groups and mail sent to some lojban.org address. For the first 15 years or so, I felt like I had a good handle on exactly what the LLG consisted of, above and beyond the finances and website, and the now-ancient/obsolete inventory of paper goods. I suspect that the topic of "keeping things going if Robin is hit by a bus" probably extends a bit beyond those limited topics. What would happen to byfy and the CLL revision, for example?) lojbab _______________________________________________ llg-board mailing list llg-board@lojban.org http://mail.lojban.org/mailman/listinfo/llg-board
