There are a number of people who have wiki admin access, which means they can modify the content of the main site, but almost no-one actually ever uses it, and no-one who ever does anything has access beyond that. Which is not to say that no-one has access at all; if I get hit by a bus there are workarounds, but none of those people are reliable.
