I'm not aware of any such people at this time.   Again: I think you
are badly confused as to the state of Lojban's dependence on me.

There are a number of people who have wiki admin access, which means
they can modify the content of the main site, but almost no-one
actually ever uses it, and no-one who ever does anything has access
beyond that.  Which is not to say that no-one has access at all; if
I get hit by a bus there are workarounds, but none of those people
are reliable.

The only way anything is likely to happen here is if someone in the
community can be induced to do the research and turn said research
into clear instructions for me.
