I'm sympathetic to that idea -- it's broadly what I'd been thinking too.
Since no obviously suitable leaders other than you have volunteered
themselves, we must actively seek them out from beyond the board. I'm
tentatively willing to lead on that, tho my peripherality to the community
means I have little idea of who are suitable candidates for leadership.
