I'll second Riley's comment: you already have authorization for up to $2000 in expenses to publish CLL, most of which has not been used. Just report them to Riley, so he knows what they are about when they show up on the bill/bank statement. With regard to the other possible uses for the software, Given your intent to go inactive after CLL is done (if you still intend this), we may wish to move the licensed copy installation to someone else's machine who would make further use of it on behalf of LLG, but that is a decision that can take place later.
