One more important addition to the list of discussed issues.

It's been one year since we last discussed a new hosting.

For the last year the number of timedowns of lojban.org was immense.

Now a person from Australia is telling (in the main list) that the
lojban.org website is unaccessible 10% of time for him so people quickly
lose interest in Lojban.

Hence I **demand** finally finding and trying a new hosting.
http://elasticweb.org/, for example, offers paying for actually used
resources, there isn't a fixed price.
Thus we can estimate how much we'll have to pay.

Earlier la banseljaj was ready to help with deploying the website on a new
hosting, not sure about now.
But I'm sure we have enough people that are able to deploy mw.lojban.org at
a new location.
