Lightning Source converted the CLL from cloth no dust jacket to case
laminate (gloss).  If you don't know what those mean, ask google.

I believe I asked for cloth + dust jacket, but it literally takes an
hour or more to get through to them on hold, and I can't be
bothered.  If anyone is terribly upset at the idea of it being case
laminate, speak up now.
