Note that the price there is just barely making us any money (like $2 or something) because I gave Amazon a 55% discount (which I'm told is standard). Now, according to support at Lightning Source, we don't need to do that; special orders and orders direct from Amazon will be filled no matter what. I gather that the discount only matters if we want regular bookstores to stock our book spontaneously.
