Not prompt, actually; I've known about this for weeks.

The reason I waited is that I didn't see the point in announcing it
until we could *fix* it.

WRT fixing it: what we want to do is ship them the book directly
from Ingram (we're moving from Lightning Source to Ingram Spark
because the latter fits us better in terms of size and, more
importantly, has ebook support).  This is *FAR* cheaper for us than
shipping it from Amazon or whatever.
