I've just set the CLL's wholesale discount to 35%, vs. the usual
55%, because my understanding is that this doesn't affect
availability on Amazon in any way, and that's how the vast majority
of our purchases occur.

If you see complaints about Amazon orders taking forever, though,
this may be why.  So we'll want to change it back if that happens.

With the current settings ($50 price, 35% discount) we make
~$17/book.  (By comparison, WiL?, which was always intended to be
our loss leader, has the default discount and makes us $0.88/book
:); it's basically set to the lowest price that doesn't actually
have a negative result).
