I am not sure that the documents need to be removed and only a summary left is necessary. Having a page that lists summaries of articles and other materials and states what is official and what not could be a helpful organization, certainly. I found a topic to discuss. Earlier la guskant complained of personal research published on the wiki. Now I am able to deal with such research done by me. I'd like LLG to issue the following decree:

1. Allow authors to take their research off the wiki and allow them to replace corresponding wiki pages with very short info about their research possibly with links where the full version of their research can be found. A message should be placed on such wiki pages stating that the research is not official or instead the very text of the page should explicitly state that those are just proposals/research topics and not official part of the language, language community, Lojban-as-a-science etc. Allow authors to move pages under their personal space like user la ramcinfo does: https://mw.lojban.org/papri/User:Ramcinfo/scope_study
2. Assign people in charge who would mark pages of other authors (authors who e.g. no longer available) as non-official e.g. by placing messages stating that pages represent personal views of their authors.
3. Assign people to move discussions from Page to Talk namespace while Page would contain resume of discussions. This is usually relevant to pages imported from Tiki.


I myself am ready to do item 1 applied to research done by me. But I want a permission from LLG because the previous meeting ended up in people resistant to any changes in any direction. So I don't want to take off my stuff only to see other people later rolling it back and restoring it to the wiki.
