Bob, 

Did I actually send this to you? Just in case it got lost in everything else going on here is my response to your question of what Curtis and I have been doing.

I've been in discussions with several people about projects they are interested in doing. The one that requires input from the board in the near future is a redesign/rewrite of the website. This would not cost us any money at least up until we decide if we are going with the new design. Then it would only involve standard upkeep. At this point I told person involved to go ahead and start work on it with the plan of presenting it to the board when he has something concrete to show us. At that point we can decide if we want it to replace what we have or not. His goal is to make it more attractive to and easier to use for first time viewers and others new to the language. Our web presence has developed in fits and spurts over many years and it can be confusing and it looks jumbled. The timing of his offer coincides well with some of the concerns we discussed last winter and spring.
