I would like to propose that we proceed with a pro-forma members mee= ting to satisfy the requirements for 2016: That we convene this meeting rig= ht away, and conduct as little business as possible, in order to bring thin= gs to a speedy conclusion. Meaningful business can be tabled to the 2017 me= eting, which I would recommend that we schedule in advance for May or June.=

I ask for a second that we convene the 2016 meeting on these terms, and tha= t we organize the meeting in such a way to bring the meeting to a close by = the end of the calendar year.

=E2=80=94Riley.
