I would like to propose that we proceed with a pro-forma members meeting to= satisfy the requirements for 2016: That we convene this meeting right away= , and conduct as little business as possible, in order to bring things to a= speedy conclusion. Meaningful business can be tabled to the 2017 meeting, = which I would recommend that we schedule in advance for May or June.

I ask for a second that we convene the 2016 meeting on these terms, and tha= t we organize the meeting in such a way to bring the meeting to a close by = the end of the calendar year.
