The exact same people for the same positions, with all other information remaining constant and equal to what it was last year, too? Or would there be updating? In any event, I say do what is expeditious. Either update the information with a one or two year delay, or keep it constant as long as possible. We shoud work out a general default scheme which would be implemented going into the future. I honestly do not care what we do as long as it is easy and minimizes trouble. If you want to have power to make the exact same filing each year at any time that you want before the relevant deadline without review, then I would be in favor of granting it to you. Is there any way by which we can bring these determinations up way earlier in the year (either at the end of a meeting at least half of a year in advance of the next-next one each time, or at the beginning of a meeting at least half of a year in advance of the impending one each time)? Is there a reason that we end up waiting so deep into the meeting and until the last minute according to the filing requirements? Hello, Directors.

We=E2=80=99ve reached the same impasse that we faced last year: We=E2=80=99= re up against the deadline for the Virginia Corporate filing (tomorrow: Nov= ember 30), and we don=E2=80=99t have time to follow their procedure to upda= te the directors and officers on file, which requires a round trip through = postal mail: They require us to request a paper form from them and then ret= urn it by the filing deadline.

I would like to request the consent of the directors to handle this matter = as I did last year: To make the filing without updating the directors and o= fficers. Under this plan, the filing would reflect the same information as = the filing last year:

President: Robert Lechevalier
Vice President: And Rosta
Sec/Treas: Riley Martinez-Lynch
Director: Arkadii Balandin
Director: Timo Paulssen

If there is no objection between now and tomorrow, I will consider that thi= s representation has been accepted by the Board for the purposes of this fi= ling, and I will proceed with the filing so that we remain in compliance. I= would not and do not interpret such consent to imply any change in the com= position of the Board or the Officers to be construed as effective in any w= ay before or after the filing, but only for the time and duration of the fi= ling.

I=E2=80=99ve discussed this matter with Karen and Bob, and in the future, w= e will adopt the approach of making this filing without regard to the timin= g of the annual meeting and officers elections, so that these extraordinary= measures are no longer needed.

Thank you for your attention.
