Regardless of how much you hit the gym, how well you eat or how much you look after your body, hours spent sitting at a desk with your neck craned over a keyboard or constantly arching your head down to look at your smart phone eats away at your health in ways you could never predict.

Take a look at the picture below. I catch myself sitting like this sometimes and this picture reminds me how every minute spent in this position contributes to pain and damage to the body.

Office Guy Syndrome

The position picture above is referred to as Office Guy Syndrome.

It's like the old man's hunch curving your body forward with your shoulders dropped making you look weak, submissive and shorter than you really are.

The curve of your neck and back means you may drop height by a couple of inches and look a lot older than you are.

If you're like me and don't want to look like you have Office Guy Syndrome, click the link below.

9a93_2c2706A chemical reaction is a process that les to the chemical transation of one set of chemical substances to another. Classiy, chemical reactions encompass changes that involve the positions of electrons in theing and breaking of chemical bonds between atoms, with no change to the nuclei (no change to the elements present), and can often be described by a chemical equation. Nuclear chemistry is a sub-discipline of chemistry that involves the chemical reactions of unstable and rioactive elements both electronic and nuclear changes can occur. The substance (or substances) initially involved in a chemical reaction are ed reactants or reagents. Chemical reactions are usually characterized by a chemical change, and they yield one or more products, which usually have properties different from the reactants. Reactions often consist of a sequence of individual sub-steps, the so-led elementary reactions, and the ination on the precise course of action is part of the reaction mechanism. Chemical reactions are described with chemical equations, which symboliy present the starting materials, end products, and sometimes intermediate products and reaction conditions. Chemical reactions happen at a characteristic reaction rate at a given temperature and chemical concentration. Typiy, reaction rates increase with increasing temperature because t is more thermal energy available to reach the activation energy necessary for breaking bonds between atoms. Reactions may proceed in the forward or reverse direction until they go to completion or reach equilibrium. Reactions that proceed in the forward direction --41211c803bd2c31c4e966d2251dc3013--
