In accordance with my previous messages, and since there have been
no further postings, Arnt Richard Johansen is elected President, Jay
Kominek is elected Vice President, and Robin Lee Powell is re-elected
Secretary/Treasurer of the Logical Language Group.

I take the privilege of outgoing presidency to be the first to
congratulate the new officers and to thank Robin for his fine ongoing
work.

I turn the meeting over to Arnt.  Normally Board meetings remain in
session all year long, but the list stays quiet unless there is something
to do.
