It happens to be the case that all of the board but you and Bob are on IRC almost full time. Fair enough. I was only annoyed because you came on and explicitely asked to have a particular discussion and then left almost immediately afterwards. I'll get over it. :-) FWIW, most of us who IRC at work solve this problem by leaving an IRC window open and coming back later to read what people have said, so that discussions can end up taking many hours, but are in some sense contiguous.
