All those are indeed things that can be done by individuals, none of which needs Board/member approval, unless a) money is sought b) said person wishes to say that they speak for LLG or have the official support of LLG in the activity c) there comes a point where the webmaster feels that there is too much chaos in the web pages or a conflict of resources, and wishes an official opinion on priorities or structure. Except for his offices as Secretary and Board Member, Robin got to where he is simply by choosing activities to do, and doing them. You are proposing to do the same, Matt, and I don't think that needs our approval. lojbab
