I just got off the phone after an hour talking to a WSJ reporter in Belgium. She is doing a feature article on Hartmut Pilch, the German patent translator that has been pushing Lojban as an interlanguage for European patents and other legal applications. She knew almost nothing about the language, and Hartmut did not explain very well, so she was looking for another source. She obviously found everything intriguing, because every answer opened up a new line of questions. She may just decide we're worth a feature of our own. We will have further email contact as she develops her story, and I may need to rely on Robin for some quick references, since I seem to be too slow at finding things on the web page when in a hurry (what's the link for your novel-in-progress?) lojbab
