That has more publicity potential than a hotel suite. I opine that we certainly can afford it given the effort that you've put into planning things, and the number of Lojban attendees. Furthermore we could release the 2nd hotel room that we reserved (actually, Nora and I would take it - I must admit my self-interest, but LLG wouldn't have to pay for it), because the "junior suite" will be at least as capacious for people using it for ad hoc crash space, as a regular room would be. Thus the net delta cost would be $20-$50 per night. We still might want one table (and a few chairs) down in the mezzanine, so that we can catch passers-by, get them interested, and route them to our suite. But with the number of attendees, we should have little trouble keeping it manned during peak times, with flyers of some kind for when it isn't manned. We can have most activities in the suite, but use the table for a couple of the activities that might be suited to catching an audience (an activity involving us along with Klingons in costume, for example) lojbab
