He just called saying that Gary was getting antsy about not hearing from us. Make sure that Gary gets that email, and if somewhere you have gotten a phone number for him, you might want to use it. Gary also needs to get the schedule from you ASAP for the errata sheet printing. But before you do: Apparently on Saturday they are not starting movies in the movie room until noon. Therefore they are offering us the 9AM, 10AM, and 11AM slots in that room if we can make use of them, and since that is in the main con area, we might want to take advantage. I suspect you know convention programming much better than I do to know how best to use the space (my suspicion from past cons is that the first two slots are likely to be lightly attended whatever they are). So include instructions to Gary for what the schedule is assuming we get that space (and I would include as a fallback the schedule if that space is not available, in case I got something wrong). This was as of 3:15PM EST, so I don't know how this tracks with your other message indicating interaction with Gary. Maybe he talked to Art before he heard from you. lojbab
