Originally the meetings were to be held in june, though reality made that July because we could get better attendance BECAUSE people could come on their vacation time. If we want to change that and have the meetings at a different time of year on a regular basis, I would like to see someone propose it as a bylaw amendment (which of course means that it has to be proposed in advance for the members).
