I doubt if I could find it or even read it, since it was probably 20 years ago. But it wasn't anything fancier than slapping the logo on and fiddling with the fonts, and I'm not even sure about the logo. I'm sure you (or Matt) could do something better in your sleep with the much better tools nowadays. lojbab
