We have no official approval mechanism except byfy, and byfy has no mechanism for changes to CLL yet. The page says that a few changes have been approved by Cowan, but I don't believe that there is any wiki controls that would prevent someone else from *saying* that he approved them. (not that anyone necessarily would do such a thing, but what if ...) I don't recall any byfy vote on this. lojbab
