Incorrect, actually; the copyright notice at the front of the CLL makes it quite clear that anybody can modify and distribute it as much as they like, as long as they say what they did. Whether we want to host it is another matter. I actually did discuss it with them; I told them to go ahead since it seemed better than waiting until someone did it *without* asking us.
