Further, in direct contravention of previous policy, the LLG will publically post our master copy of the CLL, and request to Remod that he apply his corrections to that, making in effect a new master copy, to be approved by the BPFK as such and posted to the website after said approval. Arguments: - I agree that it is important that there be official approval of what the official CLL is (I *really* agree; see the essay I'll be posting Any Day Now) - Right now, we look like a bunch of obstructionist fucks; the cat is already out of the bag with Remod's production of the fixed work, we can't legally stop him, and we shouldn't anyways: someone who is willing to do that kind of work should be co-opted ASAFP. I need people like that; the burden on me lately has felt quite significant. -Robin -- They say: "The first AIs will be built by the military as weapons." And I'm thinking: "Does it even occur to you to try for something other than the default outcome?" See http://shrunklink.com/cdiz http://www.digitalkingdom.org/~rlpowell/ *** http://www.lojban.org/
