I so move. I will leave it to Robin or someone else to make a motion regarding his possible resignation from the Board. I cannot do so myself absent his explicit statement. and we need to elect someone “without undue delay”. (Bylaws article 5 section 4) And until then I think you are stuckee as VP %^) Remember that officers need not be Board members, so our choices are not necessarily limited, though in practice they may be. Who else would want the job? %^) After I review the bylaws myself, I will probably put my name in the ring, with the personal commitment if elected to be as easy to get rid of next time as I was the last time %^) >>I will continue to do order fulfillment for the CLL. > > And thank you very much for that! I want to formally thank Matt for ALL that he has done for LLG, both as Board member/President, and in his various other roles as community leader, and to specifically compliment him for his success in turning around order fulfillment. Again, I so move. I've been critical of Matt for some things he hasn't done (and less than tactful about expressing this in the last few days under the enormous mail volume), but I've been plenty guilty of things I *haven't* done as well. Matt has, however, accomplished things that I couldn't ever have gotten done, and I hope he will continue to work on those things he is interested in. lojbab
