As a result, he's having real trouble with the book fulfillment. It's getting done, it's just getting done slowly. I'm worried about our Amazon status; negative reviews could cause us real trouble. Unless Bob can step up to the plate with less-than-a-week turnaround *right now*, I'm going to turn off our Amazon CLL sales setup. I'd also like to check with the board that it's OK for me to go look for another volunteer. Or I could just work on the new CLL, which I could probably have ready in a week, and then there's no problem anymore. But I'm really reluctant to just dump the old CLLs. What do you all think? -Robin -- http://singinst.org/ : Our last, best hope for a fantastic future.
