The sales of the old version are rather slow so we don't gain much if anything by delaying the publication of a corrected version, and with no stock the cost of eventually proceeding to the next version will be marginal. Politically, it would also be better to have a corrected version out as soon as possible rather than continuing to sell the old version at full price. If you can have the new version ready in a week or even in two, I'd go for it now and never mind any interim solutions. > But I'm really reluctant to just dump the old CLLs. > We could perhaps try to sell them at discount with a manageable, slower shipping schedule instead of completely dumping them. So, Matt's having some really serious personal life trouble, along

I'm really sor= ry to hear that.

As a result, he's having real trouble with the book fulfillment.
It's getting done, it's just getting done slowly.

I'm worried about our Amazon status; negative reviews could cause us real trouble.

Unless Bob can step up to the plate with less-than-a-week turnaround
*right now*, I'm going to turn off our Amazon CLL sales setup.

OK.

I'd also like to check with the board that it's OK for me to go loo= k
for another volunteer.

OK, but it doesn= 't help much if you can't find the volunteer quickly.

Or I could just work on the new CLL, which I could probably have
ready in a week, and then there's no problem anymore.

But I'm really reluctant to just dump the old CLLs.

We could perhaps try to= sell them at discount with a manageable, slower shipping schedule instead = of completely dumping them.
