I have seen no motion for removal of old members, nor any motion for 
adding any new members.

I have seen no such objection, nor any nominations for the Board.  I 
thus call for a vote on the reelection of the existing slate of Board of 
Directors, which is

Bob LeChevalier (also serving ex officio as Virginia State representative)
Robin Powell
Veijo Vilva
Timo Paullsen
Arnt Richard Johansen


I call for any objection to reelecting this slate of Directors, and 
allow until 0000 UT on Wed 19 Oct. for any objection.

If there is objection, or if someone wishes to call for an explicit vote 
on any or all Board members, then we will move immediately into voting 
mode, which I will hold open for 72 hours from the time of the objection 
or the call for vote.

When the vote is concluded, the next agenda item is Old business.  Known 
old business topics that people have indicated a wish to discuss are 
Pierre's committee, and byfy (for which I again ask Robin for a report, 
if he has time).  Other topics may be proposed at the time.  Please 
refer to old minutes, or meeting traffic from prior meetings for 
possible Old business topics.
