We do.  But the need has various aspects.

Lojban as a language needs more people learning and using it.

LLG as an organization needs more people working on various projects, 
and especially needs people who can and will work on and *complete* 
projects independently with minimal direction/supervision, because the 
leadership doesn't have the time (and perhaps not the capability) to do 
this properly.  (We start a lot of things, but I'm not sure that much 
ever gets completed.)

One key thing that is missing, and we can't expect Robin to do it, is 
maintaining a news feed on the home page as to what is going on.  We had 
that for a couple of years, but the last news entries were in Jun 2012 
(and no one ever reported on what came of the two items mentioned in 
that month).

We aren't likely to get and maintain a lot of new active people if we 
cannot continuously generate a sense that there are a lot of activities 
going on for them to participate in.

Pierre (and possibly others) were at one point working on some sort of 
Lojban certification.  But nothing ever was completed.

We probably need some way for people to submit Lojban text for others to 
read, possibly multiple feeds (one for stuff that people are reasonably 
certain is good Lojban, and one for writings by learners seeking 
feedback).  The mailing list used to be a suitable place for this, but 
these days is mostly limited to technical discussions, with an 
occasional "how to say it" that is often more a matter of tricky or 
obscure English semantics rather than actual Lojban difficulty.  Perhaps 
Twitter would be a suitable forum for the shortest submissions. But a 
Lojban posting thread, whether for one-liners or longer texts, needs to 
be used enough to sustain momentum.  And it needs to be 
maintained/maintainable by others besides Robin.

(And I can't do it, since I haven't even a clue how to do Twitter or any 
of the other things.  I'm barely Facebook-literate, and don't use any 
mobile devices.)
