Assuming that the motion being voted upon will pass, we need to next 
appoint a chair and an initial slate of members, per the quoted portion 
below.  Since the chair is explicitly stated NOT to have to be a member 
of LLG, we will need to do a broadcast announcement of the opening, and 
allow a few days for people to respond (presumably by emailing me, if 
they are not LLG members.)  We will also need to call for potential 
members of the BPFK, again by broadcast.

In the meantime, however, I think people who are members and who want 
either membership or the chair position, can speak up and indicate their 
candidacy.  Especially any candidates for the chair position might want 
to express something about their desired policies or approaches to 
policies and goals, and their qualifications for the job (and it should 
not be assumed that all members know your skills in Lojban use).
