Namely, for the Youtube one only one person is able to control it so sharing the password might be an option. This policy needs solution. The current owner of the account is Riley. la lojbab added "We do need to settle the copyright issue before we assume any sort of official responsibility for any medium...I want Cowan to opine on the copyright matter, since he was the other person besides myself to create the current policy." During the meeting, la mukti seemed to have fixed the noticed bug with the non-official LLG's Youtube account. Also la lojbab talked about his project on finding a correlation between gismu scores and how fast they were learnt by a group of tested people using LogFlash (Logflash was instrumented to attempt to measure how many mistakes a student made while learning each word). la gleki opined that that project is well thought out (apart from issues in semantic space, morphology and phonotactics) and can even be related to the search of a perfect language (.a'ose'i half-joking) and that this research should definitely go into one of the core parts of Lojban history when finished. Also la lojbab sent scores of finprims to la mukti for further analysis. Participants were reminded that http://lojban.slack.com now exists which is a slick interface to IRC chat that also shows its history for a few previous days (which can be nice for those who can't be connected 24/7). To join that interface send a request to bangu@lojban.org . Apart from the interface and history there are no differences in this tool from simply using IRC chat. The question of sending CLL copies to Amazon from la lojbab's house was once again raised. la mukti said "I feel confident that if we can overcome inertia, we can get a regular meetup going here in New York." talking about a NYC Lojbanists' group previously run by Masato Hagiwara. The new stage in Lojban development was raised, namely, fluency. As said by la mukti "Mark Shoulson said at la jbonunsla that the fluency of the most capable speakers these days had surpassed the level achieved by Nick Nicholas et al." la lojbab replied "I wouldn't doubt it. Nick never had anyone to speak fluently *TO*." I (mi'e la gleki) can now add to this that the new fluent speaker was probably la tsani with his videos from 2012: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yomNoRWXsBg and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8fEOwHQ9NXU Definitely, he could have been not the only fluent speaker by that time but this is probably the only record we have. Actual real time voice chats between several people next time were shown in 2015. Some Cinderelwood was mentioned (no idea what is that) with la lojbab replying that they still had it. --047d7bb04ed20a79270523891625 Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
