Here's what the draft looked like; ignore everything except the
cover shots:

It turns out they can't put any writing anywhere except the spine,
and that's the only ink color.  If we're going with cloth bound, our
choice is what you see in those pictures, or the same thing but with
blue binding instead of grey.  That's our *only* choice.

If we want a dust jacket, someone (presumably Matt Arnold) has to go
make it.  I suppose we could give someone money to do so.

This is the final decision before publication.  Go forth and
