More; I think the break-even is $45 or something.

Yes, but it's already been paid; it was like $100 or something.

No; it's a per-book price from now on, and we get the difference
between their costs and what we charge, less Amazon's discount or

A day or so?  I'll note, though, that if we want a dust jacket, we
need to go make that happen, so however long that takes.
