We have definite Board candidates of

Riley Martinez-Lynch (mukti)
Robert LeChevalier (lojbab)
Arkadii Balandin (gleki)
Karen Stein

and the following who are reluctant candidates of a sort

And Rosta (would rather more active people take precedence)
Craig Daniels (if necessary to elect a viable Board)
guskant (if 7 or fewer)

Notes:

guskant: if you are elected, I need your legal name and postal address - 
you can send it to me privately if you wish, although I think in theory 
anyone can look up the information on directors after we file their 
names in annual reports.
Karen: I will also need your postal address if you are elected

Timo and Ali did not indicate that they were candidates for reelection.

The Board should consist of 3 to 7 members.  I believe under the Bylaw 
amendment, I need to explicitly be elected to the Board in order to be 
assured of serving (in the past, I was automatically on the Board 
because I am the Virginia Registered agent).

Theoretically the Board is viable with only 3 members, if all Board 
members serve as officers.  But 3 members is probably not enough to 
accomplish any of my goals for the more active Board expressed in my 
President's message or elsewhere during this meeting.  guskant's 
condition is thus met; I will let members decide in voting whether they 
think Craig's condition is met (he can also withdraw if he wishes)

So at this time I call the vote.  Please vote for between 3 and 7 of the 
above 7 listed candidates for Board of Directors of The Logical Language 
Group, Inc. to serve from the end of this meeting until the end of the 
2016 annual meeting (ideally before the end of 2016 this time)

I'll allow until end of the day Sunday 6 Mar 2016 for members to vote.
