Such thing doesn't exist. If Lojban is a "BASIC English"-like auxiliary
language (or an analog of lower HSK levels in Chinese) then of course we
can make such a list but few people seem to be interested in that since
they already speak such languages and in fact the original gimste.txt file
is an extension of such a list.

from live usage of Lojban in IRC chat also exist but frequency lists of
words or word combinations rarely form a comprehensive list since some
words are crucially important to complete semantic sets but rarely used due
to their semantics (the particle for digit 9 is used much more seldom than
for digit 1 but that doesn't mean we must exclude 9 from such lists).

So I'm glad that Curtis has been regularly adding definitions of important
concepts like those of mathematics and physics (I don't want to comment on
which morphological form he chose for them and why; he constructed
definitions, that's what important). One may argue that definitions for
quarks are not needed in the core list, but another one can argue that a
phrasebook with phrases like "How much Lojbanic dollars does this cost?" is
useless.
